It is the Mission of the Southside Church of Christ in Phoenix , Arizona to obey and follow the written word of God as it has been given to mankind.   “And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.” (Colossians 3:17)

 

To, develop and enhance the spiritual growth of each member, of the  congregation using the written word of God as the standard by which spiritual growth occurs.                  “As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow   thereby:”  (I Peter 2:2)

To, develop and enhance the growth of the membership in the areas of living that allows compliance within various ordinances and statues; areas that ensures safety, the promotion of good health, and peace with mankind in a way that does not violate the written Word of God, nor threaten the peace within the Lord’s church.                                                                                                                    

“Let us therefore follow after things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.”  (Romans 14:19)

To work in faithfully in His Church until he comes for his Church.   “Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and   power.”  (I Corinthians 15:24)
